Crazy Town Sports Membership Terms & Conditions
By becoming a member of Crazy Town Sports via crazytownsports.com, I agree to the following Terms and Conditions:
LIABILITY WAIVER:
I agree to fill out a liability waiver once per calendar year before competing at any Crazy Town Sports Events. Link to the liability waiver can be found HERE
COMMUNICATION:
I understand that Crazy Town Sports will use my email address as its primary means of league, tournament, and event-related business communication with me. I understand Crazy Town Sports LLC may reach out via phone or text for urgent matters.
REFUNDS:
All ticket sales are final. If you have purchased a ticket to an event and are unable to attend, please contact info@crazytownsports.com 14 days before the event and a credit to a future event will be at the sole discretion of Crazy Town Sports. There will be a $10 fee assessed to any tournament cancelations.
EVENT CANCELLATIONS:
Every event will proceed rain or shine unless the court conditions are unplayable. Participants will be notified by email and/or text as soon as Crazy Town Sports is made aware the court conditions are unplayable.
CODE OF CONDUCT:
Crazy Town Sports provides a environment of diversity and inclusion. Aggressive behavior, taunting, or discrimination of any kind will not be tolerated. You will be removed from any event immediately if any Crazy Town Sports personal determine you are acting inappropriately or causing a disturbance to other event players, staff, or guests.
PHOTO RELEASE:
I understand that “organization” may live stream and/or take photos & videos at most of its tournaments, leagues and events and I grant permission for my image to be distributed by email, internet, social, and other media.
